Native programs first.
StockStreet uses a single issuer-controlled token mint and up to three Meteora DAMM v2 pools. Quote markets begin with token A (the issued token) only and zero SOL/USDC/JUP deposit at initialization. Each pool gets a common scheduled activation timestamp, but requires its own wallet-approved transaction.
- Solana Token / Token-2022 handles issuance, supply and optional transfer fees.
- Meteora DAMM v2 handles one-sided launch liquidity, price ranges and scheduled swap-fee decay.
- Meteora Dynamic Fee Sharing handles native recipient vaults for available quote-denominated position fees.
The 1% and the split.
The standard StockStreet-configured pool trading fee is 1% (100 basis points). The venue retains a protocol portion. Under the documented DAMM v2 default 20% venue share, a 1% trade fee produces an illustrative 0.20% venue share, 0.56% StockStreet share and 0.24% creator share when the LP portion is fully collected into a 70/30 fee vault.
The optional additional creator fee can be up to 4%. In pool mode the whole combined swap fee follows the 70/30 split. In hybrid mode additional Token-2022 transfer fees are withheld at the token level and separately controlled by their configured authority; they are not quote-asset trading fees.
Transfer-only mode can mint a Token-2022 transfer-tax token, but does not grant StockStreet exclusive fee rights on third-party AMM pools. A native DAMM custom pool still requires its supported pool fee configuration.
Launch sequence.
- Issue the mint. Wallet creates an SPL or Token-2022 mint, allocates fixed supply to issuer wallet and revokes further minting authority.
- Refresh prices. Fetch SOL, USDC and JUP market references and review their age. These are market data, not signed price oracles.
- Create each one-sided pool. Build and sign a separate DAMM v2 transaction using a shared scheduled activation timestamp.
- Create quote-specific DFS vaults. Register StockStreet treasury with 70 shares and issuer wallet with 30 shares.
- Hand over position custody. Separate explicit signature transfers ownership of the position NFT token account into its matching DFS vault. Verify the owner on-chain.
- Claim fees into the vault. A shareholder-authorized fee-sweep transaction routes eligible claimed fees into native fee-sharing accounting.
Not magic. A keeper.
The StockStreet deterministic planner compares quote-valued portfolio weights to targets, validates quote freshness, applies drift bands, slippage ceilings and daily turnover budgets, then outputs proposed transfers. Liquidity add/remove transaction builders are implemented for signer-controlled DAMM positions.
Automatic execution still requires external scheduling, persistent execution state, live pool reads, an authorized funded signer, executable swap routes, preflight simulation and monitoring. A position assigned to DFS vault custody generally cannot be freely withdrawn or rebalanced by a regular off-chain keeper. The recommended production design separates custody-protected genesis liquidity from a managed treasury tranche.
Know before you sign.
This interface and integration have not completed independent security review or mainnet end-to-end testing. A wallet signature can create real accounts and spend funds.
A draft fee split, a vault address, or an unclaimed fee alone does not guarantee collection. Every pool position must be secured and its fee path tested.
StockStreet does not need to store your wallet seed or private key. Never paste a key into a website or support chat.
